The trailer for new TBS comedy People of Earth features sarcastic aliens who call each other “dude” and Wyatt Cenac (of The Daily Show) as a reporter following a quirky group of alien abductees—while dealing with the aftermath of his own close encounter. It’s deadpan, it’s weird, and it actually looks genuinely funny.
