This worker at a snow resort has the right idea: don't squeegee an automatic sliding door if it can just squeegee itself. But don't ask me why she chose to wash it while it was still snowing though. [BuzzFeed]
People criticizing her forget to take into account - the pad in front of the door opens it. If she stands there, it stays open, and if she steps on it while it's closing it'll open, so she has to get off of it for it to close fully, exposing the area she wants to clean. Then when she gets into position, the door opens again, not giving her enough time to squeegee back and forth.
What she's doing is the least frustrating option, and all of those calling her stupid need to take lessons in empathy.
