@rbf2000: Honestly, I hope they do. It would be pretty awesome to have the networks serving content of people totally lambasting them, just to make a buck.

I'm pretty sure there will be some sort of howard stearn type rules in effect though. Even so, I'm confident John Stewart can come up with more funny things per half hour on his own than king of the hill can in a season.
