Much to our surprise, it looks like the first cellphone to come out that will run the new, updated Smartphone 2003 operating system will be the Dopod 515, which is manufactured by Dopod Communications Corporation and is probably only for the Chinese market. If the 515 looks at all familiar to you, that’s because it has basically the same exact design as the Orange SPV, which came out last year.
