Accelerator 2010 is an initiative from Intel's AppUp developer program that provides funding to create apps that deliver exciting new experiences. Funding per application will vary from $10,000 to $25,000. Submissions can be existing applications and games that are being redesigned for Intel® Atom™ processor-based netbooks, or those that are being created from the ground up for the netbook form factor. All submissions must demonstrate originality of concept, potential for significant growth, and a broad consumer appeal to qualify.

Just become a member of the AppUp developer program, then enroll into the program and submit your app for validation. Then you'll be able to apply here.

And Intel's developer challenge is another way you can earn cash. They're awarding $15,000 every month to the most extraordinary app in a certain category. Just sign up with the developer program to participate, then enter the challenge here, learn about prizes here, and meet past winners here. Be sure to read the FAQs for more details.
