You gotta love how stupid people are sometimes. A guy in Wisconsin stole a gadget that he found outside someone’s house and brought it home with him. Turns out that he’d swiped was a GPS satellite receiver used to monitor the movements of criminals on probation who are under home detention. The police were automatically alerted as soon as the receiver was moved, and went straight to the culprit’s apartment.
