What is the purpose of the “World Wide Web”? Some would say that it’s to facilitate the free exchange of ideas on a global scale. (Hah!) Others might argue that it serves to democratize the tools of mass communication. (LOL) Personally, I believe that “on-line” exists to bring us videos like this:

Recorded in 1989 at a test gathering of ConFurence (the first exclusively furry fan convention), the video shows early fursuiter Robert Hill dancing in a “Bamboid” dominatrix costume inspired by the work of artist Jerry Collins. More importantly, it’s ill as hell.

In past decades, such footage might be left to degrade in a forgotten corner, never to be enjoyed by the public at large. Today, however, we can experience a watershed moment of the furry subculture like we were actually there, grooving along to the smooth tunes of Weird Al, R.E.M. and, of course, Peter-fucking-Gabriel. God bless us. God bless us all.
