Gizmodo Gallery has only been open for 24 hours, and already we've gotten to hang out with Woz and almost break the Santa Claw. (Don't worry, it's still running.) What's next? Glad you asked! Here's a rundown of today's planned events.
3-D Tour of the Universe with AMNH
7pm
Carter Emmart, the Director of Astrovisualization at the American Museum of Natural History, will guide us through the Hayden Planetarium's insane 3D atlas of the universe. We'll be showing the visualization up on the 80" LED in our home theater.
Reader Meetup With Nerf
9pm-11pm
We know you're all VERY excited that you get your chance to shoot your (least?) favorite Gizmodo writers. The time has come. Nerf has graciously provided us with 40 blasters to hand out to the first 40 people who show up tonight to Giz Gallery. Capacity is strictly limited to 100 people, so get here early!
FREEEEEE PANCAKES
All day everyday
Oh ChefStack, your pancakes are so delicious. They make me so happy. Thank you for existing. Do you want free pancakes? You can come eat the delicious product of our automatic pancake machine any time this week. Please eat them. Seriously. Our gallery staff is trying to keep up. We're worried they might get diabetes.
