A TV with batteries? This isn't for rolling outside for poolside viewing (though it could be, I suppose). Instead, Toshiba's aiming it at people who suffer from numerous powercuts—a very niche market, you may agree.

The Power TV series has integrated batteries for two additional hours of TV viewing, should a powercut occur. Available in 24 and 32-inch sizes, the series of TVs haven't been priced or dated yet. [PNT via UberGizmo and SlashGear]
