What Is This Mysterious New Nook Audio Device?

Barnes & Noble has a mysterious new product listed on its site: the Nook Audio OE250. There’s nothing on the page to give away what it might be—so what the hell is it?

A speaker dock? An e-reader with some new audio capability? A dictation product? Or, errr, an MP3 player? (Do people still buy MP3 players?) We’re not sure. Over to you to speculate. [Barnes & Noble via The Digital Reader]
