According to an analyst, manufacturers have been pumping out the final production version of the Wii since around June 21. And, since the Xbox 360 started production 69 days before launch day, this bodes well for Wii fans that are expecting a September/October launch. Even if they don’t launch early, it may mean there will be plenty of units to go around, unlike the 360.
So that October 30 date for the Wii may be a little off. Keep your wallets ready for a September/October launch.
