Mountain climber Mark Roberts was climbing Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales, last month when a piece of ice fell from above, causing him to tumble 100 feet down the slope. He happened to capture the entire thing on his helmet camera.

Fortunately, Roberts sustained nothing more than a broken ankle and a handful of bruises after his fall. As an experienced climber, Roberts didn’t panic on his way down; he simply tried to protect his head while figuring out the best way to slow himself down.
