Photoshop Contest: What Instagram Ads Will Actually Look Like

Earlier today, we got our first look at what Instagram ads will look like when they start popping up in our feeds a few weeks from now. The sample Instagram showed off was innocuous enough, but the only thing this one was selling was the promise of subtlety. When the real deal hits, you can bet that message will be coming in loud and clear.

Of course, companies are going to want to appeal to the likes of the average Instagram user, too. And what does the average Instagram user like? Sunsets, lattes, feet, nail art, kittens, more feet, grasping onto the fading embers of a photgraphy pipe dream, etc. All that considered, the idea of working a six-pack of Slim-Fast into those trite scenes seems delightfully awkward. So for this week's contest, we ask you to choose whichever #bold #brand you want, and show us what might actually be peppering our Insta-feeds in the weeks to come. Our own Nick Stango's attempt lies above, but the potential for fun abounds.
