    Can't say I've had any o those problems with my Omnia.


    I HAVE done some customizing and some tweaking, but that's what I do so don't mind that.


    I do agree that the interface is neat for showing off to people, but is clunky for daily use.


    Other than that I absolutely LOVE this thing.

    I haven't owned a serious handheld in years, and a smartphone...ever.


    I'm sorry you were given such a poor first impression.
