Omega sold a special edition Michael Schumacher Speedmaster—which is a damn nice watch—to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Crown Prince of Qatar for $1.5 million, the proceeds going to tsunami charities. I believe the extra, say, $1.5 million less the $2000 this actually costs went to engraving his name on the back, but it was a good cause so more power to him.
