But not with Andreas Bhend’s clever Miilo. The bike’s frame is reversible, allowing it to be easily disassembled and flipped, elevating the seat and making room for a set of pedals beneath.
It’s a smart alternative to having to buy a couple of bikes while your kid is still learning to ride, especially for single-child families who won’t have anyone younger to pass bikes onto. So hopefully there’s enough interest in Bhend’s concept and working prototype for a bike manufacturer to make it a reality.
