This nifty retro-tinged animation by Swedish animator Jacob Stålhammar was designed to evoke 1950s cartoons with gouache-painted backgrounds. As for the plot, it’s fairly straightforward. A bunch of cats live on Mars, where they befriend a Martian rover. You know, just your run-of-the-mill “cats on Mars” yarn.
