The Goth community breathes a collective sigh of relief as Bradley Cooper is replaced by another.

Deadline is reporting Luke Evans (Immortals) is in final talks to play the mime-faced undead vigilante The Crow, which means F. Javier Gutierrez's movie isn't dead yet! This is just another big get for Evans in a long list of high level gigs; he was cast as the villain on Fast 6 and will play Bard the Bowman in The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. Tom Hiddleston, Alexander Skarsgard and Bradley Cooper were all once circling the role, but after some schedule changes Evans has won the part. Now only one question remains: waterproof mascara or chance it with the good stuff?

I honestly cannot comprehend the love and adoration for this movie. Can anybody explain to me what exactly make this movie so great in your eyes? Apart from the real life tragedy behind it? As a movie, what did it do to you that it didn't do to me? I saw this movie a few years ago, didn't hate it, but it was average and unmemorable. I thought the main concept was a nice one, and thus I'm intrigued to see if this new movie can execute it better.
