The New York Times Lens Blog recently posted this nice short doc on one of their photojournalists, Ozier Muhammad. It follows Muhammad around as he documents the climate march that took place in NYC in September.

Muhammad discusses the difficulty of getting a defining shot that is, above all, unique, when you are in the middle of such a hugely populated event like a public march. Often it’s easy to get lost in the chaos. Picking out a moment that resonates becomes increasingly difficult. It’s probably one of the hardest things to do as a photographer, especially these days, when you are competing against throngs of people snapping pictures around you.
