One night, a woman comes to a private detective and reveals that she is being pursued by a criminal who steals faces. But as the detective’s hunt becomes more surreal, it becomes clear there’s more to his quest than meets the eye.
El Ladrón de Caras (The Face Thief) was made by students at the PrimerFrame school of animation, and it manages to tell its story, including the sigh-inducing end, without dialogue.
