Captain Joseph Colburn is a WWII special field operative who wears a prototype suit that can render its wearer invisible. But when he is sent to investigate a mysterious laboratory on the Polish border, Captain Coburn discovers a dark secret that could alter the course of the war.
While Project Arbiter starts off as an action-heavy espionage short, it becomes more intriguing as its protagonist has to confront the origins of his technological superpowers and what he’s willing to do to keep them. It also feels like it could be the prelude to a longer series or film. Project Arbiter was written and directed by Michael Chance.
