Apple has finally acknowledged that there is a slight problem with some of the MacBooks out there. Random Shutdown Syndrome (RSS) has been plaguing MacBook owners for quite some time. A recent firmware update was supposed to fix it, but it didn’t. So what does Apple say about it? “Just call us and we’ll figure something out.” Real classy, Apple.
