Not yet upgrade eligible but itching for a new handset? Things just got a little bleaker if you’re an AT&T customer. As first reported by Android Central and confirmed by BGR, AT&T is increasing its off-contract early upgrade prices by $50 for all smartphones—including iPhone 4—and by $150 when purchased with a 1-year contract.
