We're thinking that buying a surplus MiG-21 jet on eBay for $24,730 sounded like a good idea at the time to Chinese businessman Zhang Cheng, but when it was time to actually move that plane from Idaho to his home in Beijing, the deal went sour. Imagine the guy's disappointment when legal experts told him the plane was "almost impossible to ship back."
Even though the jet's eBay seller clearly indicated that the plane could only be shipped within the United States and Canada, Zhang wants a refund of his $2000 deposit anyway. If that doesn't work, we have an idea for Mr. Cheng. How about cutting the plane up into tiny bite-size pieces, swallowing it, and then flying Coach back to Beijing? Problem solved.
