Just when we thought Bang & Olufsen was a completely useless company (well, except for that cool design thing they do), the company’s medical devices division puts together Helping Hand. Medicom’s electronic tablet dispenser nags forgetful patients to take their pills by sending a signal to a PC or cellphone via USB or Bluetooth.

The thing tattles on you, too, uploading reports to your doctor as well as showing you a red or yellow light if you’ve missed a few pills. As long as you have a green light, the doctor’s not coming to take you away. Despite its nagging nature, it sure is a gracefully-designed pillbox.
