British astronaut Tim Peake, along with the UK Space Agency, has launched a competition for schoolchildren. Their mission: create a tasty meal to eat on the International Space Station — where, Peake says, the food is not as “nice as it could be.” Winning entries must be flavorful, nutritious and have a “British twist.”
