What do you do when you're the Prime Minister of an entire country and your wife looks at porn? Make the entire country pay for it! Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen's wife and friends "unexpectedly" received pornography on their 3G mobile phones. Sen got word of this and contacted the Minister of Telecommunication to halt the use of 3G mobile phones entirely.
There are a couple of problems with this. In Cambodia, very few people can afford 3G phones and service to begin with. And secondly, when was porn ever a bad thing?
