YouTuber Cracker76 has placed footage from Disney’s Cinderella over the audio from the Carrie remake trailer, recasting Julianne Moore’s Margaret White as the wicked stepmother.
This mashup does make a weird bit of sense; after all, from Carrie’s perspective, she seems briefly to be living a high school Cinderella story. Of course, Carrie’s prom has a more exciting (I mean, horrific) outcome than Cinderella’s ball.
