Christmas Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ⅔ cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
Recipe
Beat butter and sugar together, then beat in egg and vanilla
In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt
Combine and mix together dry and wet ingredients
Chill for at least one hour
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and bake for 8-10 minutes
