Peanut Butter Christmas Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 egg yolk
¾ tsp salt
3 cups flour
¾ tsp baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or coconut oil
Christmas sprinkles
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Mix butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together
Mix in the egg, egg yolk, and peanut butter
Add the salt, flour, and baking soda and stir until well combined
Roll dough into one-inch balls and coat in granulated sugar
Bake for 10 minutes
