Though this really does rate high on the cool-factor scale, it’s just kind of revolting to me. Of course, you’ll have to make your own judgement when it comes to the Climbing Light, a lamp that screws onto your wall and looks like a large bug. The silver top (that looks like the bigs head) will shine the light down, so make sure you place this nice and high on your ceiling. I guess living in Manhattan for so long has affected my view in terms of household products looking like insects, but I’m going to pass on this, thank you. The thing is, with the holidays coming, people will buy the oddest things, don’t you find? The Climbing Light will run you $45 if you so choose to freak out any friends or relatives this season.
