Rather than releasing a standard portable media player, Cowon's gone the GPS route with its N2. Sure, it'll still play most of the popular audio/video files out there, less FLAC, but it only comes with 32MB of onboard memory; connecting to external devices via USB is the only way to obtain the necessary storage to make it a truly useful media player. (Certainly, having to carry around external storage somewhat limits the N2's portability ease.) It does have a seven-inch display, but considering it's primarily a GPS device, it's hard to get excited about it. Right now, expect to find it only in Korea.
