Crunchyroll very recently announced a linear channel—and now, the self-described “ultimate home for anime worldwide” has announced yet another convenient way to bring its programming to your eyeballs. As of today in the U.S., Crunchyroll is now available as a Prime Video Channel.

If you live in Canada, Sweden, and the UK, the Prime Video channel is also launching today, with plans for more regions to come in 2024. If you’re a Prime member, you can add Crunchyroll to your subscription by choosing from two tiers: “Fan” ($7.99 a month) or “Mega Fan” ($9.99 a month); both are ad-free, offer access to Crunchyroll’s voluminous library (46,000 episodes and more than 1,300 series and films, according to the company), and will feature “new episodes shortly after release in Japan.” Paying the extra two bucks means that Mega Fans can “download titles for offline viewing, with additional non-video benefits to be added shortly.”

Much like the linear channel, this new partnership aims to widen anime’s audience while also pleasing existing viewers. “Crunchyroll offers an anime adventure for every kind of fan. From sports to romantic comedy, horror and action to slice-of-life, even the anime-curious can get immersed in our library,” Terry Li, Crunchyroll’s EVP of emerging business, said in a press release. “We look forward to welcoming new fans into the anime community through our launch on Prime Video Channels.”

Update: As of October 24, Crunchyroll is now available to Prime members via Prime Video Channels in Canada, Sweden, and the UK; an earlier version of this post noted that Crunchyroll would launch later this week, but the launch ended up happening the same day as in the U.S.
