Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind director Michel Gondry’s new movie Mood Indigo looks like his long-awaited return to whimsy. The latest trailer is full of bubbles, kisses, flying cloud cars, and tiny drawer worlds.
Even the premise is adorable: “A woman suffers from an unusual illness caused by a flower growing in her lungs.” Of course something this cute will only end in tears. Fingers crossed this French couple joins Sandy and Danny in the car-cloud-sky of never ending youth.
Mood Indigo will be released in French theaters on April 2, no US release dates yet.
