There’s not a lot we know about Katsuhiro Otomo’s upcoming film Short Peace, but we do know this:
It’ll be a four-part anthology, with chapters directed by Otomo, Morita Shuhei (Kakurenbo), Hiroaki Ando (co-director of Tekkon Kinkreet) and Hajime Katoki (mecha designer for a billion things, including most of the good Gundams). We also know it’ll debut in Japan on July 20th, and that it will be freaking gorgeous, although given Otomo’s oeuvre, I supposed we could have guessed that one anyways. Thanks to Dave C. for the tip!
