Genelec’s 6000A speaker is roughly as powerful as a pair of Harman Kardon’s Soundsticks (minus the sub), comes housed in an attractive aluminum body and, given the company’s history, probably contains quality components.
With a speaker at each end of the tube, the single-piece stick is designed to be placed in a corner of a room for optimum effect. But like seemingly all audio gear made for a high-end crowd, this little clump of sound is obnoxiously priced at ~$600 and is limited to 2000 units. [Genelec via CineNow via Born Rich]
