Paramount is now flogging Mission: Impossible III and Nacho Libre on XBox Live by offering full HD trailer downloads. This kind of makes us pause for a moment and think “Hrm… then why not full HD movies?” and then we go back to playing Oblivion.
Essentially, this is a way to get movie trailers and other related ad material in front of the “lost generation” of gamers. We’d say it’s a pretty good idea, but then there’s the nagging feeling that it would be great to be able to download HD content on XBox Live and then… ummm… OH! another vampire to kill! What were we saying?
