Craving a shrimp cocktail? Better dig up a shot glass; five pieces of shellfish and some tangy cocktail sauce is all you should indulge in. Tortilla chips and salsa should be safe to gorge on, right? After all, it’s just corn, tomatoes, and other veggies? Sorry, a healthy serving is actually just three to five chips, not hunkering down with an entire bowl. At least you can still enjoy some eggnog—as long as you stick to a three-ounce espresso cup. So here’s to hoping you get that treadmill for Christmas.
