Among the 100 new products announced yesterday by HP, four of them were digicams in the Photosmart line. Besides the 10 megapixel R967, we learned about the lower end R827, M627 and E427 cameras aimed at the point-and-shoot crowd.

The features on all three are pretty much standard, with USB and SD card support. The R827 and M627 have 7 megapixels, while the E427 has 6 megapixels. The first two have a 3x optical zoom, whereas the E427 has only digital zoom. The reason: it's only going to cost $129. The others are $299 and $229 respectively.
