They use them to hunt on the steppes of Western Mongolia, riding on their horses at the same time—an art known as “Horse Riding Falconry.” David De Vleeschauwer and Debbie Pappyn went to Mongolia to put a camera on one of these winged beasts of the Altai Mountains.
