If you’re a Time Warner Cable customer who’s been lacking internet overnight: don’t worry, you’re not alone.

Apparently during “routine network maintenance” there was an issue with the company’s Internet backbone, which took down access nationwide. It explains:

“At 430am ET this morning during our routine network maintenance, an issue with our Internet backbone created disruption with our Internet and On Demand services. As of 6am ET services were largely restored as updates continue to bring all customers back online.”

While internet’s back up and working in most places, it’s still lacking in some parts of the country. The maps above shows the current outages across the U.S. via @downdetector. [Re/code]
