Ready for one of those “deep” and “meaningful” explanations of an art piece’s significance?
The sculpture above—entitled Glass Rider and made of broken drinking glasses and bottles of liquor—apparently “symbolizes the fragility of the current speed of life and its consumption’s.”
In my very unprofessional opinion though, it really symbolizes an artist’s need to explain a pile of trash in his apartment. “Oh this stuff? It’s just the materials for my next sculpture, babe.” [Studio Re-Creation via MoCo Loco]
