A fellow from Wales, Royce Roberts, sent 32,000 MMS messages to randomly selected numbers. The messages included pornography and he apparently sent them over 1,500 to children, which is pretty shitty.
He was sending these things at a rate of 1,000 a week and spent over $46,000 in messaging fees.
