Designed for PCs that are mostly used for displaying applications while doing their hardcore processing on a remote server, the Matrox EpicA four panel display adapter lets you view four monitors at up to 6400×1200 resolution.
This adapter will be useful in trading rooms where having lots of information in front of you is key, and probably also in facilities that do a lot of graphics rendering, since most of the computing is done on powerful servers.
There is a TC2 version that goes up to 3840×1200 resolution and a TC2 Lite that’s 2560×1024 resolution. No word on pricing yet, but it’s shipping now.
