Microsoft’s board is reportedly preparing to name Satya Nadella as the new CEO. Nadella is an internal candidate most recently in charge of the company’s enterprise and cloud endeavors. The company is also reportedly considering replacing Bill Gates as chairman. [Bloomberg]
