Last night’s Community reminded us why it’s arguably the greatest nerd comedy of our era, with this devastatingly funny Doctor Who spoof. Is it wrong that I actually want to watch a few hundred episodes of Inspector Spacetime now?
I’m already spinning out the backstory in my mind, of why a time-traveling police inspector would use a regular phone booth instead of, you know, a police box thingy. And who his constable sidekick is. And just what the “Blogons” (?) are.
