The story is similar to the original: “A sorcerer leaves his workshop in the hands of his apprentice, who gets into trouble when the broomstick he’s tasked to do his chores for him somehow develops a mind of its own.” Jay Baruchel plays the apprentice, and Monica Bellucci is the sexy witch, who has a thing for Cage’s 90s boy band-haired wizard. The film comes out July 2010.
