We fell in love with Roland’s new line of production and performance tools when we got to see them in action. The TR-8 drum machine, TB-3 bassline composer, VT-3 vocoder, and System-1 synth all add up to create a versatile, playable setup that will please both digital nerds and analog purists. They were up for preorder last week, and the first three components started shipping this week (System-1 won’t hit the streets til summer).
Samsung Galaxy S5 Preorder on AT&T
The newest Galaxy smartphone comes out in April, but AT&T just opened up preorders today, offering the phone for $200 with a 2 year contract. They’ll also knock $50 off a Gear 2 or Gear 2 Neo smartwatch alongside the phone, if that’s your kind of thing.
