French BASE jumper Matthias Giraud had the “ridiculously dumb idea” of making a paraglide rope swing. Everyone probably told him that it was also a bad, absolutely crazy idea but, after a couple of years of preparation, he went with some friends to the Columbia River Gorge and did it.
