Redbox Instant is officially coming to Xbox 360 and it's the exclusive "gaming and entertainment console launch partner." If you're currently in the beta for Redox Instant, expect an email in the coming days.

The combination disc/streaming service costs $6/month for just streaming, $8/month for streaming and four DVDs from a Redbox kiosk and unlimited streaming, or $9/month for all of that plus Blu-ray. The Xbox app gives you access to new releases even if you're not a subscriber, and it supports gestures through Kinect. You can sign up for the beta here. It's a little weird that the system getting exclusive rights to the service that gives you blu-rays...doesn't play blu-rays.
